VISUAL IMPACT

LED displays are an effective and affordable way for places of worship to communicate with their congregation. LED video walls don’t just display song lyrics, announcements, news, or sermon topics – but allow for deeper engagement and connection with your congregation.

LED technology is becoming increasingly popular, so much so that churches all around the U.S are incorporating and choosing them as a new way of communication.

One of the main advantages of our LED displays is the ability to re-design and give your stage a new look. By rearranging the LED panels, you can change the size and shape of your LED wall, have multiple designs for different uses, and always keep it renewed. This technology’s versatility will draw your congregation’s attention and keep them fully engaged.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD IT BE?

The direct answer: it depends mostly on your venue space, stage size, and how close your audience is to the stage

How big is your venue?

You don’t want a LED wall that is too small or too big for a smaller venue. Our team will help you determine the appropriate size, panel modules, and displays with optimized viewing distances to meet your individual needs.

How much space do you have on your stage?

A general rule is to take the width of your stage and subtract 10 feet. For example, if the total stage width is 40 feet, a 30 feet LED Wall would be appropriate for your space. With that being said, you’ll want to consider the aspect ratio as well. Most graphics are displayed with a 16:9 aspect ratio, so unless you have custom content with a different aspect ratio, you’ll want to be sure to keep a similar 16:9 ratio. With a 30ft LED wall, your height will need to be 16 feet approximately.

How close will my audience need to be to the LED Wall?

LED Panels come in a wide variety of resolutions; we refer to this as pixel pitch. Determining the right pixel pitch is important because installing the wrong resolution video wall can result in undesired results or higher costs. The general rule is 2.5 feet per 1mm of resolution.

INSTALLATION

There are multiple ways to install a LED screen wall. The most common techniques are:

Ground Support Installation:

This method system is a combination of a base-unit, connection bar, and ladder truss that creates a very stable system to support your LED screens in various configurations and offers flexibility in height as well as width.

Flown Method:

There are certain requirements that need to be in place in order to fly a screen. Most importantly, there needs to be ample structural support in the ceiling to hold the total weight of the screen. When someone says they want to “Fly” an LED screen, that means the screen will be rigged to an overhead truss system, a ceiling grid, a crane, or some other support structure from above.

Wall Mounted:

Some panels have the ability to be drilled and mounted into the wall. This feature adds some cost to the panel but is a great option if you’re looking for an aesthetically clean look with easy maintenance features.
