Gear is worthless without proper tech support. There is nothing worse than having a problem onsite or in the shop that you can’t figure out. David at LED Nation has quickly and easily helped out on several occasions, and each time I felt like I was dealing with a real professional. I never leave reviews, Iv been in the concert audio business for 50 years, and this tech support Iv received after buying my first video wall has been first rate all the way.

Davids support for my issue was resolved relatively quickly. I didn’t have some info handy that he needed so that was really the only thing that held us up. After solving the issue quickly, he stayed in the chat to offer some extra advice. Really appreciated the help!!
