THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
Size of your LED Wall: LED walls come in all kinds of sizes and dimensions. The answer to this question depends mostly on your space. You don’t want a LED wall that is too small for a large venue or too big for a smaller venue.
Should I use indoor or outdoor LED? Weather often plays a huge factor when deciding if your LED wall should be indoor or outdoor. Sometimes, you want to avoid hot weather or humid conditions. Indoor LED walls – most of the time – are non-weatherproof and have a smaller pixel pitch; while outdoor LED walls tend to be larger with a higher pixel pitch and most importantly: weatherproof.
Which pixel pitch will you need? Pixel pitch dictates how the picture appears based on the person’s viewing distance from the screen. This is calculated by measuring the distance between two pixels of the LED screen, in millimeters. For a large LED wall you will need a higher pixel pitch, while lower pitches are better for closer viewing distances.
