Coverage Duration

LED Panels and Components: 3 years from the date of purchase.

What  is coverage 

This warranty covers: All components of the panel. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What is Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

• Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
• Damage caused by natural disasters, theft, or vandalism.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
• Normal wear and tear of consumable parts.
• Issues arising from improper installation or setup.
• Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports.
